| I never went to classes at the gym...but I always wanted to go to a spin class. Never worked with my schedule though. |

Lately I've been rowing for cardio--30 minutes at roughly a 2:15 pace (per 500m), 4 times per week (with a nice 4 mile run thrown in on the weekends for good measure). Been staying on the weights consistently too. I'm definitely in the best shape I've ever been in, though I do feel like I could go a bit further if I pushed harder. With my school schedule being what it is, though, I think I've come to a decent equilibrium point. My appetite has been insane lately, it's been hard not to completely gorge out sometimes.
I should be working out right now, but instead I'm studying for a test this afternoon  |

i know the feeling. ever since i stopped 'cutting', i'm never satisfied. not that i was before, but i suppose the idea that i was dieting helped conceal my hunger lol. my appetite is through the roof. as if my body is recovering from all the time spent dieting lol.
but with eating more, my workouts have been a ton more intense. finally going up in weight with exercises i've plateaued at. feels good man :p |

So as you all know in the last year i blew out my knee 10x worse then most people. I have under gone 3 surgeries 2 of them being reconstruction of ligaments. Ive been rehabbing like crazy in the gymn everyday. In that time I have gone up 30 pounds from my weight before the accident. I have not been able to do any cardio whatsoever. Spent months not being able to walk lying on a couch. Anyways in the last two months Ive been able to hit the gymn and lift weights. And I have been going hard. Not being able to do any cardio really bulked me up alot. I definitely dont have a soccer players physique anymore.
I am starting to feel alot better. My knee is still nowhere close to return to sports but I have been able to cycle and use the elipitical. I started attending spinning classes and though my knee wont allow me to keep up with even the fattest guy in the class, I feel I am improving. I am hoping to be able to start being a lil more athletic by christmas and hoping to return to sports by the end of next summer. That is my goal.
I am hoping by christmas I will be able to do more cardio and maybe try to do the P90x program or Insanity to shed the fat that I have gained with my immobility. If I am good to do this by christmas I will start posting results on here to keep me motivated. as of right now I will show you a pic of how big I have become (note how wide my hips and stomach have become and how much bulkier I look). So hopefulyl by christmas I can maintain this without gaining anymore fat %. Hopefully my limited biking and elipitical work outs will keep me at this size. I will keep bulking up with weights so when xmas comes I can lose the fat and keep the built.
I will update this monthly to show you results until march when I should be done all my cutting. Hopefully by March I want to be back down to 185-190lbs (my original weight) as of right now im walking around at 215 lbs
** I have to say though girls are loving the bulkier me. but after I eat or drink alot i do get the bloated belly, and the remarks that come with it

does anyone use mini trampolines in the gym? i've gotten on this trampoline kick these past three weeks and i love it, it's like jumping rope without the rope and hard floor.

congrats on regaining your mobility, rehab takes a lot of time so considering three surgeries it sounds like you are recovering pretty well. good luck! |

thnx chimera its taking a very long time. it gets very frustrating. as for trampolines oncei get the muscle back in my left leg, in physio I have to start using a trampoline in order to define that muscle. |

just remember that you've made a lot of progress, it just takes time to do it right. oh and you'll love the trampoline once you get the ok :). |
