you have to be carefull when loosing weight to still eat frequently otherwise your body goes catabolic on your muscles and uses that energy to store fats.

You cannot just stop eating to lose weight. you have to eat low quantities frequently and maintain an overall low caloric deficit

so i spent 2.5hrs at the gym this morning to slightly make up for missing some days plus being lazy. either or i'm mentally patting myself on the back for getting such a good workout in before noon and then start talking to this random in the sauna dear god that woman was there for 4hrs and she's playing hockey later. needless to say i feel like RAWRRRRR then i spoke to her and was like rarrrrrrrr. she's also one of those who loves parading around the locker room doing everything naked although despite all she does she doesn't actually looks like she exercises that much...not fat but what some would call "big boned"

Ugh god...I really wanna go to the gym today but my stomach still feels out of sorts. Haven't been in 4 days. :/

not always good to go to the gym when sick...i do it sometimes but depends on what type of sick and sometimes you are just prolonging the illness.

Yeah this isn't the kind of sick where I was still physically able to do stuff. Besides, I'm not really big on going out in public and spreading my germs around. Not cool. If you're sick, stay the home ffs. Have some consideration for others.

Nah that seriously pisses me off. I cannot stand when really sick people are out in public when they should clearly be at home in ing bed keeping their goddamn germs to themselves. It's bad enough that even the minorly ill can't in cover their mouths properly when they sneeze or cough.
