| Yeah I really wanted to do combat control because once you get out you are certified with the FAA, but Army/Navy do $65,000 for three years. The contract I'm trying to get is 5 year minimum active though, but that is cool with me. |

no but u need protein from somewhere. If u can't eat enough from food, then supplementation is the only way. |

No but, depending on what protein you use, it typically has a higher biological value than most food proteins and has less of the bad stuff i.e. fat, cholesterol found in most protein sources. Additionally, it's usually absorbed more quickly by your body than food protein so it's great for post workout when your muscles are starving for nutrients. |
