like...what kind of weight are you throwing up?
pretty heavy :p, it gets my stupidly tired, and i have to rest alot, but i have the time right now. today for example i did shoulder/tris. did military press to start out. a warm up with the bar, then a 2 sets of 12 with 95lbs, then 2 sets of 5 with 125lbs. the burning was ridiculous . so sort of like that. another example, for my chest days on the decline bench i do 2 sets 6 with 245lbs then 2 sets till failure w/ 135lbs. so, around that amount of weight. it's hard but it's giving me good results. gains in strenght specially.
edit: sometimes on decline i'll do 2 sets of 10 with 185 after the sets of 6. what i posted is the general outline, but i leave some room for small variations like this.
edit2: current pics
crappy quality, but my camera is broken so whatever :p

Guys I just ordered this set of weights made with space age neoprene technology, do you think it will help me get the gains I need?

How do you measure bench presses? I did 87.5kg/192lbs x 30 yesterday in 3 sets of 10.
Do you lift it only once for a record? or does it need 10 reps?
I need something to compare against, as a little competition never hurt anyone :)

I measure my heaviest by doing at least 4 in one set. I rep, even if you can manage it is pretty useless IMO. So yeah, when I'm going for setting a new record for myself I try to do at least four, If I can't do 4 I don't say I can lift that much.

Not sure if anyone has answered anything similar but i didn't see anything in this thread (its getting long!!).
Basically im wondering if i should gain weight and if so about how much??
Currently I am 6'4" and 214 lbs. I haven't been working out because of school but i am still in really good shape, just lack definition and a little more width.
Anyways basically I will start intense workouts again in about a month after i finish school but don't know if i should just eat till i explode for the next month, or if my height-to-weight ratio is good enough for me to build on without weight gain so that i don't have to worry about an increase in body fat. I am trim but not skinny, and i desire a physiqiue i suppose a lot like Orbax.
But ya I know an absolute answer is tough, i just want to know what weight would be ideal at my height for a very fit, "not skinny" body.
