I bought new dr. scholts or wtvr inserts and i ran yesterday 25 with out pain. Going to go for 35 today but i just hope the inserts are not masking something that i should be worried about. |
Where is the pain?
I am now pushing a little more than my own weight on the leg press (120 lbs), woo! 85 lbs on hamstring curl, 85 on thigh adductor. Ummm...and doing 2 sets of 15 proper pushups. Those are my biggest gains, heh.
Really noticed a difference since I started doing weighted walking lunges instead of squats, too. My butt is doing what I want it to, lol. |
