sure i am dude. i'd kill to have your big, bulging biceps and sparkling personality. hell, if bodybuilding will make me this cool, sign me up!
dude. never asked you for help or even your opinion. you don't like what i do? you're free to do so.
but if you think for one second you know how to train for fighting better than pro fighters, you are seriously deluded. otherwise, just step into an MMA gym and challenge someone, see what results you get. my strength training has its application and has shown me excellent results, meanwhile i don't try to lecture you on how to get big. |

| I took a few weeks off to rest a sprained ankle and thankfully I also caught a nice flu virus which helped me lose weight while resting my ankle. Thank you flu! |
