| Oh I know...I wouldn't expect to go around to all the weights and together...and when I go with my buddy we always do our own thing. I just like having someone there to sorta check in with or whatever. But mostly I want a running partner. :p |

It's a good pain. Means u did something right. When you feel like that, the worst thing to do is to lay around. If u go use the elliptical or arc machine doing some LISS cardio, the pain will go away. I lift 6 days a week and have DOMS from the muscle group I worked the day before almost everyday. Cures it every time. |

what constitutes a cold muscle? i run outdoors in the cold, i stretch outside before I run and sure it's cold but i wouldn't say my muscle is cold so I shouldn't stretch it?

also most retarded thing I've heard when someone says they are in pain from working out is to take aspirin and caffeine and go back to lifting. compound injuries never heal...rest is just as important as working out |

Relax mate I was joking, lol. He's not hurt either he has DOMS, and I think he knows not to train the same muscle again for at least a few days. |

When I first starting working out and did a 45 minute session of biceps...I couldn't move my arms properly for 3 days, lol. I looked like a gimp walking around not being able to move them. Thats the most pain I have ever had from a workout. Couldn't even bend them up high enough to type on a keyboard. |
