No. You are stimulating the muscle underneath the fatty tissue.
The only way you should notice a reduction in breast size is if you reduced your overall body fat percentage.

i typically do about 60 min on the stair master a day ( the one that looks like a revolving escalator )
the other day i noticed this chick doing it backwards - facing away from the machine - anyone know if there is a benefit of doing it that way ?

BB Step-ups 3x8/leg 30-45 sec rest
Glute Kickback Machine 3x20/leg no rest
Walking Lunges 3x30 30-45 sec rest
Seated Leg Curl 3x8 30-45 sec rest
Machine Hack Squats 3x15 30-45 sec rest
Lying Leg Curl 3x10 30-45 sec rest
Calves~my choice of exercise 6x20 30-45 sec rest*

Different muscle stimulation, that thing already is enough of a punisher I wouldn't attempt it backwards.

do it starting nice and slow if you attempt

my bf puts it on one of the higher levels and jogs up them for 45 min


ok pet peeve here....
I HATE it when people put the treadmill on the highest incline and then hold onto the handle bar in front while they are doing their cardio! That is NOT a proper workout and you are cheating yourself out of a cardio session! Do not hold onto the handle bar, it defeats the point!!!

ahh, gym pet peeves - excellent.

1: Dudes doing shrugs (or any other exercise) 2 centimeters from the weight rack denying everyone else 40% of the weights until they're finished.

2: Frantic circuit trainers who try to exist on 5 machines at one time, and who claim, 'I was using that man.' for each one.

3: Guys that stack on 8 plates on each side of the barbell and proceed to either squat or bench it by traveling a total of 2 inches each rep.

4: Dudes who have the body of a 12 year old girl giving me tips on how to do a particular exercise.

5: Spandex & obesity.

6: Women who act like men. Through working out to gain muscle and dressing in tight man clothes they have removed the last vestige of femininity about their person. Why do women do this?

7: High school kids who act almost as gay as i did when i was in high school in the gym.
