| so does anyone go to spin classes? i've been so bored with cardio lately that i've started "spinning" by myself but i don't know what i'm doing. i need to do something new like take tennis lessons or kickboxing or something fun. i guess i could try dance but hip hop classes fill up quick. |

sometimes i go down to 134. I guess its not too bad depending on your frame. Others may disagree and say its way to skinny. Its up to you and how you feel and what you want to do with your body.
personally id like to be up in the 150 160 range. Before i started working out i was hovering at around 115 lbs I am 150 lbs now. |

Great, my abs are hurting like crazy from the workout and I can't sleep. If I move or ingest anything (like water) I feel like I will hurl. I just feel beaten overall.
I wonder if I am getting sick or I just overworked myself.
I better look damn good by the time WMC comes around. |

I used to do rigorous ab routines and the day after I couldn't stand up straight or even sneeze because they were so sore. I never felt sick though.
Generally, unless you've injured yourself, you shouldn't feel any real pain until you wake up the next day. The standard pain from a rigorous workout is called Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness and is caused by the micro-tears in your muscle tissue. This pain is a good thing, because it means your muscles are rebuilding which is what makes them grow.
If you haven't worked the muscle group for a while you can get some serious DOMS. I remember the first time I went to the gym and did a hypertrophic routine. For the next few days my arms were so tight and sore I literally could not straighten them. My brachialii muscles at my elbow joints were like steel wire under my skin. I was crippled: I couldn't even climb out of the bath, I could hardly dress myself and I had to lay still in bed because of the pain.
So... if you haven't worked your abs for a while, a lot of soreness is expected. If your pain starts on the same day you went to the gym, however, there's a chance you'll have damaged yourself. |

| I'd guess you've pulled, strained or torn something through over-working it if the pain is so bad you think you'll vomit. Of course, I could be completely wrong. Everyone's body works in a slightly different way. |

| Its not a constant pain, though. Only when I try to ingest something, but I also could be getting sick; I have been feeling under the weather |
