I don't have a buddy either. If I did they would probably leave my fat ass in the dust or up my schedule.
I have a feeling I'm going to have to punish myself extra today after I see my exam grade. |

LOL...well I used to think that too, until that girl commented on my running. :D

The only friend I have who can run with me is going to SFAS(special forces assessment/selection)in a few months so he would definitely leave me in the dust. Everyone else is too lazy and would up my schedule.

Lazy people really piss me off. Like my one inconsistent friend. She's always complaining about how her body hasn't been the same since she had a baby (when she was EIGHTEEN)...yet she eats crap food and never goes to the gym. She'll pick up good habits for a week or two, but then it all goes to hell and she's got excuses out the ass as to why she couldn't just stick with it. So irritating.

I would probably be the same way if I had never ended up in the hospital with a ed pancreas. After about 8 months of that I can't eat junk and, the pain of running is so completely insignificant compared to having a ed pancreas.

No doubt. I used to be lazier...put food into my body with no rhyme or reason, sat on my ass a lot. But I just didn't feel healthy anymore (surprise). Dunno why I ever stopped being active. Oh wait, yes I do: pot. Lol.

Blame yourself then. I smoke a bowl or two right before every workout. I tell myself ok you can smoke, but you have to go running right after. Works for me.

Well yeah I still smoke pot, but in moderation. In high school/my early 20s I was a chronic though...I just lived a different lifestyle altogether.

LOL well the last time I worked out until recently (getting sick and trying to be healthier) was when we lost in the playoffs my senior year of high school. A LONG ing time ago. I was thinking college should be all about drinking and sleeping. It was. But yeah I'm getting old and sick now, so I need to take care of myself. I think most people go through that stage right out of high school.
