btw, how do you guys find time to train with school and work getting in the way?
I have all my stuff in the garage (basement when I was at university) so there's no travelling times and no waiting for equipment. I also train with the minimum amount of resting time, so I'm usually done in 30-40 minutes.

haha actually I've never even been in a gym before. I play WoW all day long ;)

the funny thing about bodybuilders and mma training is that bodybuilders tend to really suck at it and lack the mobility and flexibility to be effective. In a sport that is more about leverage than pure strength, i see these guys get dominated on the mat or simply beaten to the punch weekly.
I need to do more weight training though, even though my cardio is getting better exponentially by the week. I've lost 2 inches of the beer gut this month alone.

i don't think that's the case he's just opinionated, people seem to get too worked up when people attack what they do. imo everyone here has a good idea what they are doing and what works best for them if someone disagrees oh well.

go do some knee jumps and break some little pieces of balsa wood to get your next belt fag.
sure honey. i'll do that while you stand in front of the mirror with your bodybuilder friends, circle jerking eachother and ejaculating steroids into each other's mouths, reassuring yourselves that as long as your biceps are big, it doesn't matter that you are a failure at life. ;)

That is quite a routine!
While I don't do anything as structured as that, I do have a mild jump regimen that I follow. I bought a weight vest a few months ago and it has been one of the best exercise purchases I've ever made. Of course it destroys my legs but it also affects my core and my shoulders as well.
I saw a Youtube of some football player and another of an mma fighter actually jumping out of a pool! 3 feet of water - was friggin amazing.
