Burdock root and seed (Arctium lappa) is similar to nettle in its cleansing and mild diuretic actions, but it is stronger in its effect. Accumulations of heavy metals within the body can be diminished with the aid of burdock.


Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) helps to cleanse and strengthen the liver. Dandelion root has a cleansing action that helps to remove waste from the liver and gallbladder. It works on the kidneys as well, and is a good choice to use in conjunction with burdock root as well as milk thistle.

that guy on the right is canada's junior champion lifter. He weighs in at about 165lbs and squats 5 or 6 plates on each side (ass to the ground). and he's not that short its crazy.

I made a thread on detox in like 04 or something. its like 1 million pages long. Literally.

Im 188 lbs now w00000t. Heaviest Ive ever been by 6 lbs and lower fat than it was!

What is your max bench now NRG? Youre 140 now right?

Ill post some hot pics soon T and F :p

im about 145 lbs right now and i think my max bench is somewhere between 190 - 200. I attempted 205 but unfortunatley i failed. a couple of months though and ill be there :)

Alright's.. I posted before but Ive changed my working out style

I' try to hit the gym at least 3 times a week. School, job and other priorities sometimes mess up the schedule.

I need to lose some weight (get rid of the fat ) .. I need to get rid of stomach fat mostly, so Ive been hitting the spinning class, where you sweat like a mofo ( it goes for an hr ).The other days I do some machine muscle workout. Generally upper back and chest and arms.

So Im in both a diet and working out this plan.

Ive been drinking the Slim Fast, and eating those South Beach Diet Kraft bars for lunch . ( They both contain lots of protein )

Soo my question is.. Should I first focus on loosing weight and then tone my muscle and build a little? or do both?!?!

I understand that muscle burns fat too, so I figured doing both.

Suggestions on diet and best workout method?

I currently weight around 180 and Im 5'11

I want to go down to like 170 of healthy muscle.
