Now the weather has gone to I've barely been running at all. I've cut up nicely though, and my abs are showing through now. I've started doing more ab/core exercises to really bring them out. Any tips are much appreciated. |
do abs holding weights behind your head for bigger abs with peaks and valleys. Try not to put any fat on. |

I'm assuming you're doing planks yea? Have you done any with an exercise ball?
Alternate between having your legs on the ball and hands on the ground, then legs on the ground and hands on the ball.
I started training again on Sunday after 2 months off. I feel like my arms are about fall off. |

I'm starting to look kinda muscular, but I like it. My arms look especially beefy, but I'm not sure how I feel about it. I'm addicted to working them out though, lol.
Handjobs, etc. :o |

I freaked out a bit recently when I noticed that my upper legs were getting more muscular. They've always been skinny... the slightly bulkier look was not ideal.
But they're oh so toned and my ass is getting phat <3
Plus, working out my legs contributes so effectively to overall calorie burning... therefore everything becomes slowly leaner.
therefore...
HOLLA the leg press :toocool: |

| figured out all the pain in my knee is coming from a very tight patella, so im at the physio everyday trying to loosen it. We finally heard a HUGE pop today which believe it or not is a big deal in the recovery and release of this tendent. Theres a few other things we're working on but im hoping by december everything will be loosened and i can return to cardio. |

| does anyone do cardio or just weights? I think both are important. |

| I haven't done cardio in months. The last time I went for a run was June, I think. I keep telling myself I should take advantage of the cooler weather, but mehhhhh. |

| I actually went for a run this evening. Got some severe abdominal pains halfway through because my stomach is still sore from the core exercises. |

| Got a bad case of shingles on my back left shoulder, it hurt like ing hell and prevented me from doing any exercise. Now that it's mostly gone, I'm having trouble finding the motivation to get back in the gym. :( |

| cardio is so important. cardio first weights second. Whats the point on working out if you cant use youre new strength to your advantage. then again i come from a background of sports. I like being able to keep the same intensity when the rest of the people tire out. |
