My workouts are pretty rigorous as it is. I concentrate way more on rane for my excercises now. So the weight goes down a bit but my max reps is still very low (6 to 8 reps) |
I took a bit of noxplode. but it was mainly eating all day every day for 3 months, lots of whey, casein, and egg protein, and workouts like:
