So today was chest and when I went to lift bench it felt like 35% of my strength was gone it was really weird and it really pissed me off. I was struggling with 185 as my third set :whip:
But then I went over to incline and was pushing out massive weight, the rest of the work out went fine, my bro said it might have been mental. Has this happend to anyone before ? |
