yup. Squats are the best, followed by lunges, and certain machines that target the ass. My gym has a single leg ass machine that works well...u feel the burn pretty good. Oh yea...Stairmaster is awesome for the ass too. |

I used to use that thing, but it sucks compared to using some free weights and doing lunges or squats.
P.S. I do 130 on the leg press now. I think I should move up to 15lbs per hand on weighted lunges, too. Not gonna lie though...I dread it, lol. |

I did lunges today after 3 other leg work outs and holy I forgot how bad they suck. I was doing them with 20's and it sucked. Although I was leg pressing 250 and squating 155 before that. :p |

How many reps do you guys do on lunges?
It seems like everyone uses much lighter weight for lunges than I do. Maybe I'm not doing enough reps.

2x12-15 per leg
I basically just walk it 12-15 paces one way, then walk 12-15 back the other way. |
