your gonna have to make the treck to OUR gym if you wanna train....
in the meantime write my leg work out down and try it out ;) |

yeah I had a circuit trainer come up to me after I had already done 5 sets of squats and was now on quad extension doing like 285 lbs and just trying not to puke
so after a set of this Im sitting there, dripping sweat, trying to catch my breath and not throw up and this guy says in a frantic queer voice
"can i get on that" with wide unblinking eyes.
I slowlllllllly get up because I can barely move and he INSTANTLY slides in and changes the weight from 285 to 30.
however, before he starts he points at the 1x2 sticky square that says "do not occupy machine between sets" and says "Do you see that?"
He was tubby and sooooo annoying. He almost got slammed in the in nose.
Then he did about 60 ing reps on 30 lbs and goes back to other machine.
So I hopped on and did the same weight he was doing and did crazy number of reps going sloooooowly up and slowwwwwlllllly down and was almost whistling. made the guy wait like 5 minutes.
it was petty but so wonderfully spiteful.
also, if I ever see him again Im going to walk into him on purpose. see if I cant get a nice little scuffle going. |

ye i can but most of them i dont know what they are thats why i need someone to show me .. you forgeting english second language hahah, an what after that cake you had to workout so much ahha i told you it was easy on your stomach ! :haha: aan il make down to your gym as longest he would come an help buuuuuuuuuuuuut ! il smack him |

That sort of egotistical nonsense is why I have my own set of weights and a bench and exercise in my own room. Plus you get your own music ;) |

I just tried to force a glass of chocolate flavoured protein shake down my neck and nearly chucked.

I find all MUSCLE MILK brands to be really yummy
and PVL Whey Gourmet peanut butter sundae is good too

I got EAS 100% Whey on recommendation but its so vile it put me off my dinner! :( |
