I think I figured it out, I was squatting too much weight and sometimes towards the end of a heavy low rep set my form would get buggered and my back curve a bit and I'd lean forward some.. The result was the weight sometimes shifting onto my shoulders and stressing them a lot. I moved my hands closer together and worked on my form with some lower weights today and I seemed to be okay.

The weight when benching shouldn't be an issue because at this point my max is only 6-7 reps at 40lb dumbbells (I just started lifting two months ago).

I'm not sure how fast I'm supposed to be gaining strength though, I may be hypogonadal at this point (lowish testosterone levels) so I might not be gaining as quickly as a normal male would. This is also the first time I've ever really seriously did resistance training too (in my entire life), so I also have no 'muscle memory'.

I wrote you have issues if the purpose of your multiple names is to annoy people. Is that the purpose of all the names? If so then yes I would assume you have at least one issue. Also, nowhere in my comments did I say or allude to being perfect, you inferred that all by yourself. You seem so worked up for nothing really. I feel as if you are bothered by me for whatever reason and I am neither bothered nor particularly annoyed. You don't matter whatsoever to me and I should play the same role in your life.

Seeing some nice gains already, finished shoulders today went perfect. Also my bro is staying with me for a while so it is nice to have someone in the gym with me :)
