| It has nothing to do with bulking/not bulking up. The elements I had in my routine were giving me the results I was after, and now they're not. |

this is true.
doesn't have to be a long time though - each workout, you can do something small and simple. if you're doing an "abs" day - throw in some bicep curls in the middle. if you're doing an "Arms" day - throw in some squats in the middle. |

true not something dramatic just some slight modifications but she she do something she wasn't doing like instead of doing 3 straight sets at the same weight with the same number of reps do pyramids, up the weight or lower the weight and up the reps. or switch up machines / activities instead of run how about rollerblade. |
