bringing me back to my origial post and point - if you're throwing up during/after HIIT you're doing wrong.

Isn't it supposed to be a 2:1 ratio? 30 second jog 60 second run?

Yes, your future may require you to train a specific way and not necessarily the same future for all of us to partake in whatever type of personal training we put ourselves through. All goals are different, a concept the alternating caps dude doesn't grasp.

I'll be riding MS Bike Century and 2 biathlons this year. I know what my future training needs are and whether or not HIIT is appropriate for me.

I train almost everyday with wed off for the body to rest.

I seperate muscle groups on adifferent day

For instance

Monday i did my back, + cardio and abs
Tuesday chest, cardio + abs
Today off
Thursday i will do tri/bi's + cardio and abs
Friday I will do Shoulders + cardio and abs.

I am starting to do legs again so i will probably incorporate this into a shoulder day or just go on saturday.

I Do 3 sets of each exercise with the last set till failure.

Im on On Whey protein and creatine monohydrate and clenbuterol (not recommended cause its dangerous if you dont know how to take it, its a fat burner btw )

Yesterday i broke into 95lbs dumbelll flat bench press (2 dumbells in each head doing a bench press) I will break into 100's in few weeks. 120 is the max in my gym.

I absolutely love working out. Im more focused towards cutting down to 15% body fat, im at 21.5 right now.
