Thought I would post my progress. Halfway there...about 4-5 more pounds to go to reach my goal (currently 122 lbs down from 128). I haven't been doing any cardio, just weights about 2-3 times a week. Not bad for just over a month, imo. Maintaining good eating habits hasn't been as difficult as I thought. I probably don't look much different than I did before - but I carry most of my weight in my ass + thighs, and I ain't posting pics of that. Again. :o |
