Creatine / Glutamine / BCAA's are dirt cheap and usually when you buy them they will last you awhile since you take weeks off after you do a cycle of it.
But yeah, supplements are there to aid your already existing near perfect diet and training program, if those are not in check then yeah I totally agree it's a waste of money. |

Well I don't know about Canada but supplements are dirty expensive around here.
Also, you don't have to cycle BCAA and glutamine at all and they're needed in relatively high doses to be effective, especially BCAA.
Only creatine should be cycled and even that's not a rule (you can take smaller doses year round or bigger doses in cycles).

True, nutrition and training are #1 priorities. |

| There's nothing like being incredibly angry and lifting heavy weights. Not only is it so much easier, but you can feel the rage draining out of you until you end up with that awesome exhausted-yet-euphoric post-workout glow. |

That's why I keep a picture of Peter Parker in the lifting room. Never quite drains all the rage out though. |

I've got a new personal record in squat yesterday, 5x120 kg.
Currently at 71 kg body weight on empty stomach. |

Yay, my nutritionist is amazing!
In 2 months I lost 6 kilos and, last time we checked, I managed to gain more muscle despite the kilos I lost (so, yeah, I've lost body fat, mostly). Finally I can look at my stomach and rejoice to see it wither away. Farewell, Panza! :) |
