that's a real nice setup. the color rings around the plates are very purty too. for dips, why not just do them the home-ghetto method using 2 chairs? but then again, if you plan on doing weighted dips, that will probably not work.
i noticed the swiss ball in the background. i was thinking of getting one for use at home as well mainly for crunches. do you use the swiss ball for any other exercises besides abs? |

So I've been getting in the gym again lately, but I'm having the same old problems with one of my shoulder joints and it's really driving me crazy.
Whenever I do an incline fly/shoulder fly type motion, I have to really be careful as I'm extending because my left shoulder joint will pop and just let go, and my arm will drop with the weight in hand (I got a nice thigh bruise from a falling dumbell once). It doesn't actually dislocate, it just sort of pops out of position. It doesn't hurt when this happens unless I'm using a lot of weight, but I can still feel it in the joint. Even now, just sitting in my chair, if I sit up straight and swing my arms upward (i.e. doing the Y in the YMCA), my left shoulder joint will seemingly pop in and out of the motion, whereas my right shoulder joint just moves smoothly.
I have no idea why this is. I've never had a shoulder injury, and it's been like this for as long as I've been going to the gym. And it's really getting bothersome because it limits my ability to lift weights (what my right arm could easily lift, potentially, would cause my left arm to give), and I'm afraid I will eventually injure myself. Does anyone have any ing idea what could be causing this? |

Have to keep this current chubby weight due to a jaw operation I'll be receiving over the summer (during which I'll lose between 10 and 20 pounds).
Was planning on shaving since summer's finally arrived in NY. Gotta head over to the spray tan salon for a nice brown. I'm too pale for the sun. ;-;
Also, HAIRY RUSSIAN BEAST.
