I managed 5 properly and 5 more half arsed on each set. It's not something I could do on my own though. I was rolling all over the gym on the ball later on too, trying to attempt the plank on it. My skills are lacking.
30 mins of abs = certain death! :o |

you need to build up your core - try working out your lower back as well . use the balance ball, lay on your back on the mat, put your feet up on the ball and lift your hips straight up. you should feel tightness in your ass, lower back, and hamstrings. hold that for 2mins each time and do a few sets. switch out to plank and side plank then go into your normal "crunch" abdominal exercises, either ball or mat or leg lifts.

I used to do that actually. I like it cos you actually feel like you are working your butt muscles properly. Ill add it back into the routine. :) |

i don't ever want to puke but i throughly enjoy lower body days. today is one :D...i like it when my legs are all sore from lunges and such at the end of my workout. |

I lovelovelove when my butt and thighs are all tight and sore. Especially when I'm at work and I have to keep going up and down the stairs.

lol i had a double shot starbucks during lunch cause i was getting tired...three hours later i'm running 400meter sprints and feeling like i'm going to have a hard attack. hahaha, live and learn, lulz |
