| Well I am down another 5 lbs which puts my total net loss of 10 pounds for the months of June-July. My BFI is also down 1.5% to 7.7% total BMI. I should be happy but I am not. |

And tastes like a very very sweet flan too. We call that pudding here for some reason, and I had never even thought of that as a flan. But, now that you say that... yeah, that's the closest thing you guys have to our super duper power-awesome MILK PUDDING!!!

I went to an Argentinian steakhouse for my birthday, and they gave me a flan with a firework stuck in it as a cake. Literally a firework - it had safety warnings saying "Stand at least one metre away after lighting" down the side, and this thing was flaring away about six inches from my chin. The flan was ing horrible, too. Cold and wet and didn't taste of much.
Anyway, just done my back and arms. Feeling nice and burned, but I'm slightly irritated by the fact my shadow has incredible lats and yet I don't. |
