I haven't had a spotter since I played football. Besides all I do is run now. I don't need any more strength just less fat. |

Who cares about believing you? I'm just ing with you since you can only do 8 pushups and squats with no weight. |
I actually do 30-40 pushups. But only 8 of them (actually, 10 now) are proper pushups.
I don't need to use weights for what I'm going for, especially since my legs already have strength from years of doing other . My workout routine has given me really good results. |

But that is the whole point. I just put the bait out there... you took it. |

| The most effective way (I have found) to cut fat was doing high intensity cardio. Also super strict diet not eating a crumb of a carb after 6pm. Right now I'm eating healthy (I always do) but not worried about my carbs and what not. I've put on 3.5 lbs of muscle in the last month. My shoulders and chest are bigger then I want so next week I'll start doing my HIT cardio again. In a month I should've maintained my strength and weight (at 175 now) but get a lot more definition. |

Thats what I'm doing. Just as much high intensity cardio as possible. At 210 now... used to be 250. I'm actually in better shape then when I played ball in school, but all we ever did was powerlifting, so my shoulders and chest are way too big... cover that with a layer of fat = ugly |

Definitely practice that left. Also get on top of your ground game because most of the time the fight will end up on the ground.
I would probably fight, but at my height I'd have to cut down to 155 to keep from getting killed. Right now I would be a light heavyweight and those guys are ing monsters. |
That's why I'm getting some intense training on the ground in a couple of weeks. Lately, I've been doing a lot of work on my left trying to correct the problem - and it's staaaaaaaarting to help but still needs a lot of work. I'm really enjoying being trained in all of this though - it's good knowledge to have (to know how to fight MMA style). |
