Chest day today. Declined smith bench, inclined dumbell presses and dumbell flies. Then 4 sets 25-30 reps of dips for tri's follwed by cable tri pull downs using the rope and straight bar. Should be enough to tear up the pecks :crazy: |

You were calling his workout "hack trainer BS" because you'd never heard of his exercises. He schooled you on those exercises, and why they do more than "make you look a toolbox in the gym".
Every gym has That Guy. The one who's got a loud mouth opinion of how good his routine is, the one who tells randoms their technique is wrong, the one who generally has let his training go to his head and doesn't show respect to other people. You are That Guy in the COR gym.
There's a lot of bull written and spoken about training, and the wise man does what works best for him and lets everyone else get on with it. |
