| today is my off day, which means i might still go for a night run |

| Ran a 25k race (well, 24,4 according to my Forerunner) this weekend. Today I'll do a very easy 12k or so. I should finally hit the 30k mark this coming weekend. |

| well I think today is gonna be the last day of sore legs lol prob work them out again thursday gonna do chest today or maybe back and shoulders.... havent decided |

out of curiosity, how often do you work a certain muscle group? like how many x's per week? do you have a regular routine; or is it just kinda random? |

oh thats nice.... Gonna take a break from running today cause my dad gets into the country and i havent seen him in a while. Also i plan on hitting the trail tomorrow with someone and i dont want to be tired for that. |

Mon: Arms, abs
Tues: Chest
Wed: Shoulders, back, abs
Thurs: Legs
Friday: Tris
