True that. HGH I don't know too much about. What side affects are associated with it? I know a lot of BB's and Sly Stallone used it to get in shape for Rambo. |

| I did a little reading on it...looks like they sell it in different forms like powders, pills and such, but the most effective way is local injection, as it breaks down through the digestive system. It's yet another waste of money on anything other than injections, and u don't get big with it, but just a slight enhancement. The medical claim is 8.8% added muscle mass. Dunno how true that is. |

Yeahhh, you too.
What did you change about your diet? Perhaps I can get some tips off the master. |

| Eating mostly protein + good fats, lots of green leafy veggies, and cutting out most carbs. Not even eating fruit atm. Slowly gonna reintroduce carbs back into my diet and be more disciplined with when and how much I ingest. Also better portion control and eating small meals on a regular schedule. |

I can do the majority of that, but I have a second part-time job during the evening where we are given 5 minute breaks once an hour. I guess I could eat a small prepared meal in that time if i tried. Eating quickly isn't one of my forte's though.
We'll see how that goes.
In other news, now that the winter season has well and truly kicked in here, I'm back to the gym instead of running outdoors 5-6 miles a days. |

| I think I'm going to go back to the gym this monday and start doing weights 3 times a week again. They opened a new Virgin gym up the road for me and it's getting rave reviews so will probably go there. I need to start exercising again. I think I've had enough time off. |

Good luck with that :toothless
If I'd had some time off from the gym and eventually go back, the motivation and commitment is there in abundance, but the body just won't do as much as you want it to do. Take it easy and slowly build up the amount and intensity of your exercise.
Edit - Just noticed you've gone before, you probably know what I've written above already :) |

| Oh hell yea. The first couple of weeks suck because I'll do less than 50% of what I normally do and still be in pain for days :haha: |

| I love that burn. |

Yeah, it's a killer, but I guess an upside of it all is that you've pushed your body as far as it could physically go.
Jenny, you love carpet burns. |
