not really. if you work out your metabolism sticks.
I hate to eat past my mental block. I HATE ING FAT and it took me a lonnnnnng time to not instantly start dieting the second I could pinch my stomach.
you have to accept being fackkkkking FAT for a while
I used to be 155 and ive gotten to 192 before. for years my max was 168 until I was like it...im gonna get a bit fat for a while and then cut back and be a ripped {Target Weight} |

i would love to be 155 @ 5.8 %.. thats my goal actually. ive gotten up to 150 on creatine.. but i must have been about 10 % bf or 11 back then.
ill start a fresh diet plan startin september.. |

11% fat is an athletic body fat man.; Ifyou want to gain I would shoot for up to 20% fat. You know you can lose it so why not fuel the muscle with tons of energy.

right now im consumming about 4000 cal a day (using mass gain shakes.) im going to try something different startin september.. dunno what though.. |

a daily weight gain diet for me is 2 scoops of muscle milk in a shake (thats about 350 calories plus a bowl of cereal and some yogurt and cottage cheese (half a cup of each)
then a sandwich that has 6 slices of hard salami and 8 slices of turkey on it at 930 am.
another one at 11
another 2 scoop shake at noon, another sandwich and yogurt and cottage cheese.
another sandwich at 3pm and an apple
6p, for dinner 5-6 dollars of sliced beef, a head of broccoli, 1/2 pound of button mushrooms and half an onion
9pm 1 scoop of protein shake.
the only difference on a workout day is that i have an extra shake after working out |

I'm hitting the gym hard this week and the next before school starts. Split is monday/back, tues/chest, wednes/tris/shoulders, thurs/biceps, fri/core/legs.
Monday:
4x4 Pull-ups
1x12 @ 30lbs Bent over rows
3x10 @ 45lbs
1x10 @ 90lbs Pull downs (on weird machine)
1x10 @ 110lbs
1x10 @ 140lbs
2x4 @ 200lbs Sitting rows
1x12 @ 110lbs on the Ab machine (pushing forward)
1x12 @ 130lbs
25mins on bike, HR @ 140bpm
Tuesday:
1x10 @ 30lbs Incline Press (Dumbells)
1x10 @ 45lbs
1x10 @ 50lbs
1x10 @ 55lbs
2x8 @ 205lbs Decline Bench Press
1x4 @ 225lbs
1x16 @ 145lbs
3x8 @ 45lbs Flat Bench Flys
1x10 @ 22lbs Underhand Raises (Cables)
25mins on bike, HR @ 140bpm
Today im gonna be doing shoulders and tris. It involves dips and other composite exercises. It's going to hurt plenty, but should be fun. I'll post the routine later. |

| Orbax, u ever try the Ketosis diet? I love being able to eat nothing but fat ass bacon, beef, cheese, butter, salads dripping with ranch or cesar dressings, and watch your weight drop at the same time, hehe. |
