I'm so glad I didn't give in and drink lol. I just did back, biceps and ab ripper and checked myself out before showering and got extremely happy when I noticed how ing sexy I'm getting haha!
I did eat some chocolate and regular food on Easter but jumped right back into the swing of things.
I can't wait to make a transformation video. I can't believe I let myself go the way I did. Pizza and beer got the best of me, but that's all in the past now.:)
Come on dude start pumpin that iron! |

| i feel like a lazy because i'm not as consistant as i was...i get in at least 3 solid days a week and i make up the rest of the week with activities like walking...a lot. |

| Since my little brother keeps calling me a fat ass, I got him to jog with me along the Hudson last night. He pussied out after 1.3 miles |

U just need a need a good kick up the A, hehe. Still going strong, though I've been eating a bit more on the tier side than usual, but it does aid in making gains a bit quicker.

Yeah that confuses me too. I've been consistently losing weight for the last year, and at the same time running longer and longer distances, so the most challenging part is that I can never have stable eating habits, I constantly have to readjust how many calories I'm consuming or I end up crashing and getting fatigued/dizzy. |
Not eating enough with a good workout program simply puts the body into "starvation" mode, so it tends to hold onto fat because of it. Getting dizzy is not good at all...try to add the extra calories from protein if u are eating a decent amount of carbs. If u are doing a low carb diet, then add some healthy fats, and u won't get fatigued/dizzy anymore. |

| So since we're on the subject, how many calories per day should I be aiming for in order to cut body fat? I lift 4 times per week and do HIIT 3-4 times per week, currently weigh about 170. I already eat very healthy (lots of lean protien, lots of fruit & green veggies, only steel cut oats and sweet potatoes for serious carbs--no junk food at all), though I have a feeling I'm maybe eating too little. |

Lots of variables involved here. You just have to gauge how much u think u are burning and if u are trying to gain or lose. Watch your weight and try adding 500 cals a week and see what happens. You can sorta estimate your needs by using the calorie calculators like this one:
