| great success for my country ! today at gym i did triceps and i did it on a machine where you sit and push the handles down ! 330lb on them verry proud for that :haha: |

| actualy my arms are not that big i mean yes they are noticable but nothing to much but now i started workign out biceps one day and triceps like day or 2 after and yes i see a huge difference in preformance and in looks but yes thats what i did today was really imppressed |

I love machines like this, a system of elaborate pullies to enable you pull much more weight than you usually have. I mean I do 15 reps of 215lbs for triceps pull downs, I know I won't be able to do half that on free weights :( |

awesome man, keep it up. Diabetes is scary, but working out and a good diet really help balance the insulin levels. 60 lbs is no joke man!
also:
and I can do like 500 lbs on the triceps machine because if you want to you can strap yourself in and use chest, shoulders, triceps, abs, back, obliques...
proper form people! lock those elbow into one spot, and be controlled! |

| ye thats understandable but i am saying for my self that i never did so much it is a big step up and such guy here on ta mrself_destruct he goes to profesional body building competitions an he can lift but i aint nothing close to that so yeah |

well so far with this ... day or 2 in between i se a huge difference as i said in preformance and in size an look of my triceps, but will see i am working hard on abs and i am having no luck with it |
