What about fish oil? Thats fat....
Theare are good fats and bad fats..

it's a little tricky to nail down at first (lots of little details in the movement versus the military press) but once you nail it down you'll feel your deltoids and traps bursting. |

My recent problem is tendonitis in my left arm now...
I used to do seated military press, but after i tried doing 45lbs x2 on each side + a barbell and i heard some cracking in my shoulder, i said no thnanks. I dont want any more surgeries. |

looks like we're around the same page lifts wise (except bench, fuuuuuu). just started layne nortons power/hyper split, along with cutting and doing this body transformation contest for fun (although taking it super srs). ill be doing rack pulls and deficit deads tomorrow in hopes that next week i can finally pull 405.
just did standing military for the first time today, and got 4 reps with 1 plate. hard as , had to go down after that lol. |

Rolled my ankle pretty hard last night while playing soccer. Didn't get my achilles as much as whichever muscle it is that runs right past the ankle bone, which lets you sort of swivel your foot while your toes remain pointing forward and level. I've got it bandaged and have been icing it, plus taking ibuprofen and extra omega 3 to fight the swelling. Today I've been walking on it gingerly (go to university, no choice), and stretching it carefully to keep it from getting too stiff.
Any advice on getting it to heal fully and as quickly as possible? It's fairly bad, but not catastrophic. Going to the doc is out of the question since I don't have insurance. |

so i just drove all the way to gym to start my leg session.. got all syced n for it, even had a midday nap, had my pre-workout sups.. got in the gym..

So then i drove all the way home..

My back has been feeling much better this last week and I'm really tempted to go back in the basement and get back on the weights. However, I'm going out tomorrow and I'm gonna be dancing all night, so I don't want a bad back.
Do I risk it? |
