I am! Just that I can only get through 6 or 7 before I have to drop to my knees and finish out the sets girly style. I give it a couple weeks.

There's nothing wrong with that! I do the same thing. When I cant push myself up I drop to my knees till I cant push myself up again. For push ups, MAXIMUM REPS! That's what counts.

When I got injured during my second round of P90X I had to stop working out completely. When I jumped into Insanity my push ups were pathetic. I could do 12 until I was spent. It's been a month and now I can do 30-35 no problem.

Today I did chest and back which is pretty much all push ups and pull ups. I did probably close to 200 push ups wide, military, standard and declined. And every time maxing out doing them regular and on my knees.

You'll be kicking ass in no time!

i've actually started liking push-ups again except i do a variation. push-up/dumbbell rows ftw i always feel damn near worn out when i finish these

Figured I'd post this in here...

So my dumb bf didn't go grocery shopping last night, leaving me with "nothing" to eat all ing day today (no eggs, no veggies or salad stuff, no meat). I had to scour the pantry for something that wasn't and would actually fill me up for a few hours and I made what turned out to be a pretty awesome concoction. Lol "coc".

Anyway, I mixed together some drained and rinsed canned bean medley (chick peas, kidney beans, and one other kind of bean) with a can of sockeye salmon...with mayo, a bit of dijon mustard, a splash of soy sauce, chopped red onion, and a bit of oregano and parsley. Then I wrapped it with lettuce.

I realized as I was eating that it was total meat-head food, and figured I would share it with you lunkheads. :o :D

Between 80-100 in one set. Depends on how quickly I do them.

I only do them once or twice a month though, when I can't use my weights for whatever reason. When I was doing multiple sets every day I used to be better, but so many reps at such low resistance just didn't give me enough soreness the day after.
