at what point does running become bad for your knees, ankles etc...

I've be running all week for 25-35 minutes.. i've also always had a bad knee from football, i prob just need a brace...

ive found that over 5m a day is too rough. dunno what the exact thing is though. I think they say only run hard 1-2x a week at most

im starting the slimming process trying to get down to 175 or so for summer cuz the abs are hellish and I generally look soft.

Im starting to feel balance between chest and back and upper body and lower body. Been focusing on growing everything not just trying to get a HUGE this or that. Still a lot of work to do, but im happy ive recovered haha. How tall are you? I weigh 180, and I'm pretty damn skinny - especially compared to you. (I'm 6'2" btw)

Ya, but im doing it as pre-weight lifting period. I don't really want to lift heavy when i start anyways..

That's not it when i lift heavy i get big, but i wanna look natural fit.. So right now situps, pushups, and running....
