If it's seated cable rows you're planning on doing, this is the extent of the workout (if done properly):
Main Muscle Worked: Middle Back
Other Muscles Worked: Biceps, Lower Back, Lats |

By manly I assume you mean ripped and bulky? As far as I know, a woman's physiology pretty much prevents this from happening no matter what you do, save for taking some HGH or steroids. |

Gratz on making the comeback :D As far as the rowing type exercises go...it builds/works the back muscles, and not so much the shoulders. Don't worry about bulking up, as u would have to eat a lot of food to do so, and lots of protein and supplements. You will lose fat and look skinnier as well as tone up! |
