Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal for modern gyms? The equipment is top notch but the heaviest dumbbells they have is 20kg and only a couple of benches squeezed in a corner :( The rest of it is massive, even got a section for the oldies with air compressed "easylines". Gay! Anyone got any tips for working out and building muscle using conventional machines or lighter weights? They do have 2 good smiths bench press machines and cable cross over machines but I'm not so used to the exercises.
