The other way around is bad too. I learned my lesson the hard way. Went and blasted at the gym one Friday and then got all liquored up the same night. I felt like a cripple the next day. :/ |

why am i the only person who loves leg workouts?
i do my leg workouts so hard i'm almost ready to puke when i leave the gym lol |

Lol I felt like that today but i think that was more to do with the heavy weekend. :toothless

i run enough that i don't have to do legs
i use to squat but after a few times of walking like i got a stick up my ass, i decided to nix the leg work outs and focus on cardio endurance |

Ahhh but I HATE running too.
Me thinks there is no hope, lol.
Im doing legs with my trainer on Thurs so I have no doubt he'll come up with more weird and painful exercises for me to kill myself doing. Last week he had me hanging from the bar on the pulley machine lifting my knees up to do my lower abs, man that kills me over and over! :( |

those are awesome lower ab exercises, i do 4 sets of 15 but usually my grip starts to give out so I'm lucky to knock out 12 each set but aim for 15.
i've been working out with a friend of mine who is a gymnist, he gave me a 30min ab work out LOL...30 freaking mins of abs...i was dying, still am actually |
