Um no, why would I wanna do that?? I like my body, its weight and all. My legs are my focal point to work on and maybe my stomach but that's it. I really don't have to work out if I don't want to but it keeps me busy. |
oh ok sorry, well then follow someone's advice to stretch more. |

| Uh, so I wanna work out today...but it's supposed to be my off day. Is it that big of a deal if I do it today? Will it matter if I do it tomorrow too?? |

depends on whether or not you are working out the same group of muscles, general rule is 48hours of rest between. why can't you workout today and not tomorrow? |

Well I don't do it by muscle groups. My workout is an all over body weight sorta thing...I guess it's like circuit training? And I do the same routine every time I do it. I do it every other day and already did it yesterday.
I'm not really feeling stiff or sore, and am in a pumped up mood so I kinda want to do it. Just want to know if I'm going to be hurting my muscles or not. |

| Doing it again today probably wouldn't be too big of a deal. The thing is your muscles regenerate on your off days, doing it 2 or 3 days in a row should be followed by a day or 2 off. So if you do it today don't do it tomorrow. |

for side bends with a dumbell only use 1 at a time or youre counter-weighting
I usually use about 60lbs. Try raising your heel off the ground as you do it to and roll your body into it youll feel it a lot more than just side to side. |
