my gym's open 6am-10pm.
somewhere in between i should have time.
also, it's 1 block away from my uni campus.

EVERYONE WISH ME LUCK.
dieting starts today.
last night i was 187.4lbs
must be under 170lbs by August 22nd
and so it begins... |

I don't usually spend more than an hour at the gym. As with everything else...you just make time.

Get up early, start work early, leave at 15.00, drive home, running by 16.00. After that, dinner, and you've even got the whole evening for yourself.. |

yah i know. i dropped 60lbs in 3 months last year (you met the fatass version of me in Toronto).
still, i need to drop the weight with no effect in my power or explosiveness (actually, given the training i'm doing from here to there, both should improve) for a BJJ comp. and you REALLY wanna pig out after hard training :p |

you make it a priority and schedule it into your day. you also have to find something you like doing so that you actually want to workout. between work and the gym i'm out of my apt for 12hrs which makes for a long day but it's worth it because you feel better after working out. i'm also a total ass about meeting up with people after work, it either has to be short enough after work so i still make it to the gym at a decnt time or after i'm done with the gym. if not, 99% of the time i won't go. |
