Besides a workout, running is a form of relaxation to me. I'd rather not have that disturbed by puking my guts out.
Got another run planned for this afternoon, then probably two days of no running. Got a long run planned for the weekend, first time after the two subsequent half marathons of the past two weekends. Looking forward to it already. |

theres a midget dude at the gym i go to. hes unbeleivably strong for his size, and he's shredded as fk. just weird seeing someone his size keeping up with the other guys there lol |

| Jenny, looking good! My knee is still seriously damaged, but I'm just switching up my routine so I'm still getting the same workout, but not putting any strain on it. |

egar - that's a horrible idea you are gonna up other in your knee. you can put it off but don't do stuff on it. i know someone who tore one acl then literally a month later tore the other. i also work closely with someone who thought she were getting better pushed herself then ed up something else in her knee. she's a lacross player / runner and hasn't been able to either either since july. other person i work with had acl surgery and inevitably ended up with bad ankles too. i'm talking about healthy athletic people at 30, don't mess around with your knees!!! |
Yeah, actually now that you mention it my other knee is screwed up too. Old football injuries suck when you get older. |

Yep, I definitely agree. My goal was to lose 10 pounds and I lost 12....good enough for me! The main thing is that my clothes fit better now, lol. No more back fat/muffin top. :toothless |
