I dunno man, I wanted to go to the gym tonight and I think I'm skipping out :p I really hope I'll be able to function tomorrow. Going to Mexico on Friday and I need to look hot :o |
it will probably be much, much worse tomorrow. Get your Frankenstein impersonation down so at least you'll be entertaining while you walk like you your pants.
2 days after squats when you haven't done them in a long time is so horrible >.< |

squats and deadlifts and it's a wrap...
i remember when i started the legs and went through my squats and deadlifts, and lunges routine, the next day i'd crack myself up cuz any movement felt like my legs would seize up...it was kinda amusing cuz every little thing could spark a cramp...even the fact that i was gonna crack up coulda started cramping me up. So I was trying to step into my shower and i have to step into the tub and was kinda gently holding onto the shower curtain and i started to giggle which made me start to tense up and as soon as i put my foot into the tub i caught a cramp from my hammy up to my butt cheek and pulled like half of my shower curtain off. it was hilarious, cuz like 15seconds after the OMG it loosened up and went away... |

ohhh, well then today should be your worst day. I've had *some* occasions where the 3rd day was the worst but only a few times.
Take plenty of vitamin c, try to ice if you can.
I'd give you a leg massage if you lived closer :*) |

| Oh vitamin c...never thought of that. I wish I still had the muscle milk or no2 or no-xplode or something. Something to help with muscle regen, but alas...I am out. Must pick up some more. |

Don't think I should get any bigger which kinda sucks :/ |

Dunno if anybody is interested in getting dense muscle, but I've been lifting for around 8 years now and the past 4 of those I've switched over to a workout that is purely calistenics.
And this has become my new best friend. (I'm not promoting that site or anything, just the first good pic of a dip belt that came up on google.)
I'm up to 3 sets of 10 dips with 135 pounds on my waist and 3 sets of 8 pull-ups with 80 pounds. I've found it a really great way to build muscle without adding on too much weight, since your body has to work with both your own weight and the added weight of the belt. Of course, it's not what you want to do if you want to build out, but for those who want to stay fairly trim/skinny and be strong at the same time, it's an excellent workout. |

| thats probably better described as power to weight than an objective "strong" measure |
