Solid -- my kinda workout. I did gymnastics for the past few years ... we used to do ~10 minute circuits at the beginning and end of each practice with rope climbs, swing dips and handstand pushups on parallel bars, cross pullouts, and probably 4-5 other stations. Got completely destroyed at first but damn, those things got me into amazing shape really fast.

had a much better day at the gym today. i dunno what my deal was on monday; but i felt much better today; and much more motivated. got all hot and sweaty and feel great!
HOWEVER!
I have to say this:
OK, i can totally understand the importance of stretching. whether it be before or after a workout.
and yes, i can totally understand that some stretching exercsises are a little....provacative looking; and can sometimes expose areas that would not necessarily exposed.
HOWEVER!
do not, i repeat, DO NOT perform an exercise that exposes your ass right in front of the treadmill area. i don't care if you're a dude or a chick - if you grab your ankles and bring them up towards your head and your ass is in the air - be expected to get a dick in there. if i wasn't on an AF base, i'd swear some of the guys working out today were gay and wanted my wang :wtf:

I actually thought of you, Will, today at the gym. I had a totally ty workout, lol. Just struggled through the whole thing. I dunno if it's cause I've been smoking a lot lately or what, but , I'm totally off my game.
