As far as your chest - just cutting calories, increasing cardio and fat burning exercises like incline treadmill and weight training will reduce the fat in that area. Look at any female body builder in the world that has natural breasts. All that takes is cutting fat. |
depends on the girl though look at Serena Willliams she's in ridiculous shape and still has big ass boobs, sometimes they just don't go away. Also like I said proportions will probably stay the same from my own experience. |

Take squats out and just do straight leg deadlifts and lunges. Straight leg deadlifts = ultimate ass exercise. Do the dealifts first, THEN lunges, so your glutes are pre-fatigued and will get hit harder when youre lunging. |

id focus on all body though. the butts coming from legs but ham exercises, squats, all that stuff comes into play.
for breasts and weight loss you have to use every muscle you can. Lean muscle is what burns fat. Fat keeps you warm and means you need less food. As you lean down you need more energy to stay warm and maintain muscle and youll start ramoing up on the weight loss and butt gain |

| I started going to the gym atleast 4 times a week, and I workout everyday doing basic workout stuff - helps me cope with stress and loose weight at the same time. |

wtf? deadlifts are safe as; if you have any problems you just drop it. Squats are way more dangerous... even if youre in a cage you're still ed and will probably pop both shoulders out... |

Yeah Ive been doing a lot of upper body stuff. Low weight, high rep. Im a-scared to go over to the big boy lower body machines, though. The dudes in my gym are HUGE. |

she needs energy so she can perform, the professional body builders remove the last vestiges of fat so they can show off. It's not healthy but it wins them competitions. I'll admit it's much harder for some women than others though. Quite obviously some women have larger breasts than others.
However, Serena, i doubt has ever gone into ketosis so she can play tennis better.
Serena is amazing because she's talented and in really good shape.
Bodybuilders don't need to be talented, just in good shape (good being a misleading word there).
The two sports just require such different things.
It's like saying Agassi couldn't tighten up his stomach a bit. He could but it's not necessary to be one of the best in his sport. |
