Whats your advice on getting rid of the chest situation?
I run around 40mins on the tread.
Incline press machine (120lbs x 5, 60 x 10 - 4 sets)
Row Machine (150lbs x 10-12 - 5 sets)
Sitting press machine (100lbs x 5, 50 x 10 - 4 sets)
by this point, my chest is pretty fubared.
and I do pushups everyday at home
