| Ok so I'm back after sometime off w00t. Going in to my cutting regamine a very strick one I may add started this week and its already hard ;p but with all hard work it will show the results in the end. So pretty much a little rundown of it : working out (lifting) Tues Thurs Sat, following it up with high intensity cario Mon Wed Fri with Sunday as a day to recover :) As far as diet taking a major cut on caloric intake and worst of all none, zero, ,zelch absolutley NO! carbs after 6pm :whip: :mad: :whip: :mad: this will be tough as I love beer so ya looks like im gonna be drinking bacardi superior :p I'll def come on here with some updates as I progress. My time off came with some minimal damage gained some weight lost some strength my cardio is still up to par same with my overall endurance. I'm totally pumped about getting into this as my body is in a perfect position to get cutt up! Lifted chest yesterday and eek I'm sore as a bitch but I love and missed that feeling. Did my running this morning first thing before breakfast don't really notice a difference in how my body is taking the whole no carbs thing other then im craving a cracker or bread like a mofo right now lol |
