currently 201 lbs, heaviest I have ever been. I'll start cutting in 1 - 2 months so I'm not such a porky puke. Areas I have been focusing on are arms and chest. Still need a bit more upper and outer chest but should be able to get there in a few weeks:

You kind of remind me of one of the Pete's off of Pete & Pete.
I got my protein shake stuff in the mail yesterday. Hoorah! Ons Whey actually doesn't taste too bad, though it does have a certain smell about it that seems partially miasmal. |

That is my favorite whey protein by far, everything else tastes like shoit in comparison.

Yah. Tastes like a watered down version of chocolate milk (providing that I put it in milk). I was thinking it was going to taste comparable to a surge of diabetic semen.
Thanks though. Roughly how long does it take to see results from taking it? |

a couple weeks to achieve observable results, if you take the proper dosage. To maintain muscle you'd want to take 1gram / lb body weight. To gain quickly you double that :wtf:
You need to take in plenty of good fat and carbs and workout hard 2-3 times / week.
You look like a hard gainer so it will probably be a long road for yah; just stick with it.
it's very hard on your kidneys to take in that much protein, be sure to drink plenty of water. |
