I guess I should post that I'm eating everything in sight and am tipping the scales at 203. It's amazing at how quickly my body recovers and how quickly I regain strength when I ACTUALLY EAT, and lol yes, even at my age it still happens rather quickly.
90s x 7 on dumbbell military press
225 x 12 on decline bench
315 x 8 on deads
all this past week. Tbh, my entire workouts have not been as intense as in the past but, I think in another 2 weeks I'll really be tearing sh*t up. Particularly once I start squatting again. |

Honestly, I think the only reason I can do it now is because of where I used to be, a pretty lean 213. And much stronger than I am now. I bet once I get back to or near where I was, my gains will start slowing down considerably. |

I made the most win hamstring workout ever. On my legs day I do:
4x8 Hamstring curls
4x8 Stiff leg deads
4x8 Front squats
4x8 Calf raises
I feel nothing but hams + calves doms the following day. NO GLUTES! :)
Try one, making you better feeling! |

what is a front squat? if there is a front squat there must be a back squat right? what the hell is that, i thought a squat was just a squat.
anyhow didn't go to the gym because i was overworked today plus i kinda pulled a ligament or something behind my knee and my left leg hates me :sadgreen: |

put it on the front of your chest and across your shoulders it focuses on the quad. |

| A front squat is performed with the bar resting on your front delts and and your arms extended underneath the bar and then crossed over each other so that you may reach back and grip the bar. The nice thing about this squat is that it tends to keep you more upright and places more stress on your legs as opposed to your lower back. Great exercise. |

Can you replace your daily cardio with sex? I mean, if you're active enough...??? |
