ps-what's up with shannon...tell her to chill already she's gonna miss out once the supply is gone...or on hold at least hehe | HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Running is not gonna happen.
I bought a Jump Rope and only touched it for a few minutes 1 day!
I'll text Shannon later. Still haven't ate lunch. |

I told you I wanna do SOMETHING so I can lose some water weight. BUT I CAN'T *cough cough*
so maybe this will do?? |
you'll definitely lose weight don't know about how long it'll stay off since you are virtually starving yourself for 3 days...my mom's friend does this every couple weeks and it seems to work for her but she's older and lazy. you are young so I suggest getting in the habit of exercising. No need to run unless you want to, running sucks and I prefer to never do it myself...walking is good you just have to do it for a while. |

Cut all salt from your meals, and try to reduce your fats.
Salt is mainly the reason why your body keeps water attached beneath the skin.
And just do 3 times a week some minor cardio. |

was this for a specific event? wedding? etc
getting rid of ALL the sodium from your meals will only work out for the short run....your body needs about 1600mg of sodium per day....so some sodium is ok....
be sure to drink enough water, the more water your body gets the less it will want to hold onto.
also diet pop has been known to cause bloating.....
if you need to get rid of some water weight before a big event, natural diuretics work well and can be found in most health food stores, just follow the directions!
so I'm just over 4 weeks out from my second pro show at the North American Championships in Miami....also thanks to ALL who voted for me in the FAME Online Swimsuit Competition, out of all the entrants I placed 4th in the top 5 for the females!! woot woot!! |

| I haven't been to gym ever since before going to seaside (which was in the 20th of July)... Now I got myself a nice bike and I'm riding it all the time (25 km (15.6 miles) yesterday and 28.5 km (17.8 miles) today). Soon I'll start training athletics (running short distances) so I'll do a part of gym workout there instead of going to regular gym like before. |

Posted it in that post lol 170. That's just a approximate amount, coming from the fact my last bench set is 235 x 4. Maxing out isn't necessarly good for you. |
