| took no xplode today before my workout. its really good for squeezing out those final reps. completed my workout around 4:30pm its now nearly 9 pm and my body still feels pumped. awesome. |

It is my understanding that you can't "spot reduce" fat. Getting your abs to show means you have to bust your ass and get a very low percentage of body fat.

It's true that spot reduction is a myth, but if your abs are more developed then you won't need to get quite as low in terms of body fat in order for them to be visible. Although, they'll probably look better if you get your body fat down as much as possible anyway. |
